It is named for the live creek that runs through my parents’ home property in South Dakota which is where I originally started the business. After years of working in South Dakota with my family, I met my husband and now live in North Dakota, just an hour from the Minnesota border. Owl Creek Products are produced in both states of the Dakotas.” -Jensen
Owl Creek specializes in flavored whipped honeys, raw honey & jams sweetened with honey.
I would say my passion is jam making. The jams I make are inspired by French recipes and American tastes and are made with all organic ingredients and then are sweetened with honey.

Jams are best enjoyed on toast, bagels, English muffins, recipes or ice cream!
Flavored Honeys…
The whipped honeys are made whipped to perfection with dried organic ingredients. Best enjoyed in tea or coffee, on bagels or in oatmeal or just plain! They are shelf stable and don’t need to be refrigerated…ever!
Tea with jam and bread….
For me, nothing beats a piece of toast with a good jam in the morning or afternoon and coffee or tea. Fast and delicious. A nice energizing snack. -Bernadette Jensen
